Job Purpose and Impact

The Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor will design, develop and maintain electrical automation and instrumentation control systems or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. In this role, you will plan and direct the daily activities of instrumentation and electrical technicians performing preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with the asset management program. Key Accountabilities

Operate, monitor and maintain machines and production equipment.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance for equipment.
Participate in project planning, cost estimation, tracking and payback justification.
Engage the employees responsible for the repairs and maintenance of equipment and machines.
Plan and prioritize work orders, scheduling overall repair and maintenance to minimize production downtime and disruptions.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related electrical / instrumentation field or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of directly related work experience
Fluent in Dutch, Basic English skills Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of supervisory experience
Prior experience in designing , building and maintaining electrical systems such as power, lighting, and signal
A proactive focus, preventing problems before they arise
