Manager Material Supply, All CCEP Locations for BELUX scope,

Secondment of 6 months

Reporting to the Senior Manager Material Supply Belgium, France & Netherlands

The Manager Material Supply is managing commodities for Belgium & Luxembourg ensuring specific Raw and Pack Materials are available to meet the production plan in an optimal way to deliver the CCEP business plan.

What To Expect
  • Accountable for preparing the feasible materials mid-term plan covering 1-18 months outlook.
  • Ensure outstanding levels of stock availability to all concerned sites using these materials and ingredients, all aligned to the change agenda of the business.
  • Running weekly MRP’s and managing weekly & monthly material & ingredients forecasting.
  • Keep track of volume allocation agreements & agreed stock profiles.
  • Deliver the annual budget/seasonal updates for the commodities managed.
  • Ensure that inventory targets are met at the end of each quarter.
  • S&OP responsibility owning specific material planning topics at the Supply review including building and presenting supply scenario’s.
  • Ensure material & ingredients forecasts reflect the latest material/vendor combinations managing properly phase in/phase out timings in site/central owned BOMs.
  • Pro-actively provide visibility to the business on season profiles, risks and opportunities and build contingency plans in collaboration with procurement and the sites.
  • Accountable to minimize raw material write off costs driven by the material change agenda.
  • Collaborate with BU Short Term Planning teams, Sites , Mid Term Planning, Strategy Planning, Procurement and other key stakeholders within the business.
  • Closely work with the product development teams to support new products implementation through the supply of new raw materials aligned to the change agenda of the business.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to enable mutual trust and the prioritization of our products.
  • Monitor and feedback the performance of the suppliers, support procurement with the contract negotiation with suppliers and the SRM process.
  • Be involved on tenders with procurement, suppliers and production sites.
Skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree on with 5+ years experience in supply chain environment.
  • Strong affinity to end-to-end supply chain including Sales & Operations Planning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pay attention to detail, the ability to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs looking the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to build and sustain working relationship across multiple functions and sites & challenge stakeholders.
  • Integrated understanding of financial drivers to be able to balance customer service levels, working capital, asset utilization and costs.
  • Result driven and team player.
  • Sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Systems knowledge: SAP APO, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Share-point.
Languages

Fluent Dutch, English and French required.

Proficiency in other European languages advantageous.
