Short Description

In the QA team of FC Professional we are looking for an experienced QA Manager who is passionate about quality, has a natural ability to lead a team, loves to work in an international environment, is customer focused and commercial savvy.

FrieslandCampina Professional develops, produces and commercializes a range of (dairy) products with added value and produced across several plants, targeted at worldwide professional customers in 5 commercial channels: Horeca & Bakery, Quick Service Restaurants & Beverages, Industry, China and Asia-Pacific.

To be a successful in this position, you are/have:
  • Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in QA (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the Professional products and production processes.
  • Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
  • Quality Experience with Professional products
  • Excellent Communication and Influencing skills
  • Being able to determine your message in different cultures and types of markets
  • Being able to challenge in a constructive way while maintaining the relationship
  • Excellent analytical skills and results driven mindset
  • Eager to continuously learn and improve

Vacancy Description

In this position you will be responsible for:
  • Assuring that processes are compliant to standards and relevant customer/country requirements
  • Communication on Food Safety and Quality matters with customers and authorities
  • Assessment of Food Safety and Quality risks in NPD process
  • Assuring approved and trusted (FS&Q) outsource partners, following FC SQM processes
  • Prevent and reduce complaints, and taking corrective measures for complaints related to business critical processes - together with relevant stakeholders
