Marketing & communication officer

One of the objectives of the AXA group is to develop "Wealth Management" services.

Architas will target the affluent customer segment in collaboration with various group entities in Belgium and abroad.
Architas is positioned as a portfolio manager.

Your mission
Architas is currently looking for a Marketing & Communication Officer to support the continuous growth of its activities in Belgium.
Your primary role will be to implement the marketing & communication strategy of the firm and hereby you will be a prime contributor to Architas’s development as a business and support the growth of its brand.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
 Develop and implement a concrete action plan to achieve the commercial targets, including:
o Development and production of all advertising material OFF (product and company presentations as well as promotional materials) and ONLINE (a.o website)
o Implementation, monitoring and continuous optimization of communication targeted campaigns (digital marketing, direct marketing, social media, …)
o Organisation of internal and external events including trainings, conferences, social events and fairs
o Measurement and encrypted results of all these actions followed by the analysis and continuous optimization of the cost of acquisition/retention
 Contribute to brand management and the broader positioning
 Regular collaboration with Global marketing team in London
 Lead, manage and deliver simultaneous projects to meet the company’s corporate strategy. Operational coordination and follow-up.

Your training and experience
 You hold a Master degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a relevant business environment (finance, banking, asset management)
 You have an interest in and a sound understanding of the financial markets
 You will have the strategic skills to drive the overall marketing projects and campaigns and have experience in implementing and managing marketing campaigns

Your technical skills
 You are proficient in using Microsoft Office
 You are fluent in Dutch and English – French is
 You have excellent writing skills in Dutch

 You are communicative, strong with concepts and ideas but also hands-on
 You have excellent planning, execution and project management skills
 You are proactive and imaginative in developing solutions to communication problems and improving processes
 You are capable to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy
 You are a self-starter and you have the capability to make things happen
 You have an analytical mindset. You are capable of analysing and delivering an effective return on investment, and recommend strategies to optimize results.
 You are result oriented, problem solver and you are not afraid of taking initiatives
