Our vibrant and fast-growing organization is looking for a marketing director to become the beating heart of WeGroup’s European marketing organization. As part of the executive board, the director of marketing will be co-creating the growth strategies on a European scale and and be responsible for the implementation on local levels. With true leadership skills and a great understanding of Saas and scaling, this brilliant marketer will work closely together with our local, operational marketers to accelerate brand awareness, lead generation and overall thought leadership.

Your future

  • Determine overall marketing and communication strategy on a Pan-European level.
  • Work closely with WeGroup’s commercial leadership and local marketing teams.
  • Implementation and follow up of strategies on all levels according to the key objectives and available resources.
  • Assisting on operational marketing activities (content marketing, social media, PR, communication…).
  • Making sure that local teams are able to achieve goals, respect timings and deadlines.
  • Analyze data to base strategies and reach goals.
  • Reporting towards the executive board and follow up of the local marketing teams.
  • Empower and motivate the entire marketing organization.‍


Your potential

  • At least 6 years of experience in Saas and B2B marketing.
  • Loves the opportunity to scale a start-up internationally.
  • At least 2 years in a marketing management position.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing and web analytics.
  • Understands email marketing, content marketing, thought leadership, brand creation and expansion, PR…
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, decision making and project management skills.
  • Experience in the financial/insurance industry is a plus.
  • Affinity with key commercial tools (Mailchimp, Hotjar, Semrush…)
