Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Master Data Operations Lead who is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join us in our Clinical Supply Chain team, based in our office in Braine l’Alleud in Belgium.

About The Role

You will be leading the Master Data Operations team, ensuring the efficient management of data creation, updates, and decommissioning within clinical trial supply chain systems. Your role will be pivotal in defining the capabilities needed to drive digital transformation, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with a team of data steward(s), key stakeholders, and global supply chain excellence teams. You will also work closely with internal and external partners to align clinical supply chain master data strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Master Data Operations team to execute data management activities efficiently and accurately
  • Define strategies to improve data quality in the ERP system
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and data quality initiatives
  • Ensure global process alignment and support ERP enhancements
  • Prepare and lead master data governance meetings
  • Lead master data cleansing programs and ensure compliance with ERP system requirements
  • Engage and drive internal and external stakeholders towards the clinical supply chain master data vision
  • Develop and report key KPIs to increase visibility on operational activities

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of master data principles, S4HANA MM, S4 HANA MDG and data governance
  • Experience in operational best practices, process governance, process improvement and as a people manager
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage ERP projects, lead teams, and drive stakeholder engagement
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in office applications, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data analysis tools
