Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Belgium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of installations meets required standards.
  • Manage snagging processes during scheduled walkdowns and observations.
  • Review installations to facilitate snag-free client walkdowns.
  • Oversee the "First of a Kind" process and ensure successful sign-off.
  • Maintain and manage documentation, including construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Act as the QA owner for assigned turnover scopes, overseeing them from construction completion through testing, inspection, and final handover.
  • Participate in the Quality Surveillance Programme.
  • Compile comprehensive turnover packs.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or relevant degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency with BIM 360 and other related software tools.
