What we offer:

For our project execution team we are looking for an administrative assistant

Your responsibilities:

Assisting in the transition of engineering data to the production department using ERP systems (SAP), and issue tracking system (JIRA) and well as supporting software tools (EXCEL)
Assisting the mechatronic engineers in compiling engineering dossiers for SAP release
Ensuring the required quality of production dossiers and triggering engineering attention to detail where necessary
Maintaining the project engineering dossiers through their production cycle by recording and communicating changes
Receiving, co-ordinating and where necessary delegating in-coming production issues in JIRA
Maintaining, progressing and prioritising the engineering team backlog in co-operation with technical and team leads
Provide and monitor material planning status in co-operation with the production department and provide regular feedback for project planning.
Assisting engineers with ordering of material through all phases of project engineering
Championing the process and procedures of the engineering department and assisting in making these more efficient through continuous review

Your qualification requirements:

Language skills: fluency in English and Dutch
