We are looking for a motivated support engineer to strengthen our team in Antwerp. We like to get to know passionate people who want to improve their skills day after day and are driven to take on challenges.

What’s in a workday?

  • 1L + 2L support on the following software: MS365 (Intune, Teams,
    Messaging, Sharepoint) Exchange, Azure AD, CTXDirector & Citrix
    workspace
  • Be responsible for Access rights (NTFS) en MFA
  • Support users of 3CX telephone exchange and SNOM IP phones
  • Processing tickets: on- offboarding people, grant permissions for
    applications, solve printer issues, software & PC related problems
  • Hardware related issues: replace PC’s, troubleshooting laptops, network
    issues (in consultation with the network engineer)
  • Respond to the needs of the end user and focus on the solution, not the
    problem
  • Keeping an overview of the interaction with the customer, the
    management and administration of the incidents in line with the
    agreements

your hardware

  • You have already several years experience as a support engineer and have worked with SD Tools
  • You have basic knowkledge of ITIL
  • With a smile you provide support for the end user and ensure that he is back operational as soon as
    possible
  • You have a good knowledge of Office, Windows OS and Windows Server
  • MS365 (InTune, Teams, Messaging, SharePoint) holds little or no secrets for you
  • Carrying out repairs on site is no problem for you because of your basic knowledge of hardware
  • You speak fluent Dutch & English and you have a driving license B
