What will you do?

  • Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in manual process, automatic process PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using Schneider Performance System techniques and tools.
  • Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements (LADM, SMED, Line balancing)
  • Participate in the SIM 2 of their sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers
  • Manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools in internal and external lines.
  • Write operator work instructions for training in collaboration with the quality team to include Critical To Quality/Critical To Process
  • Study the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted to the needs
  • Qualify means and processes, in the plant but also at supplier’s location
  • Pilot new production ramp-up
  • Participates actively in PFMEA, MFMEA and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality
  • Manage in the ERP the updating of material, BOMs routings when modifications are required by Engineering.
  • Participate actively in the ergonomic improvement in production
  • Participate at risk analysis (OSH09 and OSH21) on the production and assure CE conformity on our machines

  • Electromechanical Engineering background
  • Project Management
  • Line balancing, LADM, Kaizen
  • MS office
  • Excel VBA is a plus
  • SAP Bridge is a plus
  • Programming PLC is a plus
