We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MST Packaging & Technology - Engineer who is well-versed in packaging design and project management within a clinical setting. If you are passionate about process excellence and quality delivery in the healthcare industry, this role is for you.

  • You coordinate the technical setup of kit design and packaging requirements with a P&L perspective.
  • You ensure the delivery of high-quality packaging elements to the Clinical Supply Chain within agreed timelines.
  • You lead the introduction of new compounds in the Packaging and Labelling area, facilitating teamwork for patient deliveries.
  • You support the MST team with change management and documentation of non-conformances.
  • You coordinate the implementation of new pack designs in internal and external environments.
  • You drive initiatives in line with the Process Excellence Methodology to improve packaging processes.
  • You handle project management responsibilities associated with packaging and labeling activities.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferable.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a related packaging role.
  • You are proficient in Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Acrobat.
  • You possess strong project management skills.
  • You have a solid understanding of technical packaging designs and materials.
  • You have experience with production equipment relevant to packaging processes.
  • You are an effective communicator, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
  • You have experience working with SAP and other management systems.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutchis preferred.
