TAE is looking for an enthusiastic full-time office and management employee.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office & Management Assistant at TAE - Techno Automotive Equipment located in Asse.

The Assistant will be responsible for clerical tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy in documentation and organizing

office operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Answering the telephone and transferring professionally

• Management of various mailboxes and correspondence

• Reception of customers and suppliers

• Carrying out administrative tasks, including management of training courses

• Support with marketing activities (including social media communication)

• Organization of events and meetings

Your profile

• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• You are bilingual Dutch/French; knowledge of English is a plus
• You have experience with administrative tasks
• Experience as a telephone operator is a plus
• You are customer-oriented and have commercial insight
• You are friendly, eager to learn and work accurately
• You can handle stress well and maintain an overview in busy situations
