We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to help manage the logistics and planning of advanced cell therapy treatments across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission that directly impacts patients and their families.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the key logistics contact for treatment centers and commercial teams in your region.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and secure transport of sensitive patient materials.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with carriers and internal distribution teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with identity and custody protocols.
  • Support planning for manufacturing and cryopreservation slots.
  • Assist in certifying new treatment sites through training and logistics test runs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support the rollout of new systems.
  • Track and report performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

✅ What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service within a regulated industry (pharma/biotech preferred).
  • Familiarity with quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
