We’re looking for a talented Oracle Financials ERP Project Manager to join our Technology Consulting department as part of our team.
What you’ll learn and do

As an (senior)* Manager, your role will be to advise our clients and help them transform their functions by using Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Procurement. You will work on challenging transformation projects that leverage the latest capabilities or Oracle Cloud and provide creative and pragmatic solutions to address complex problems. You will also formulate solution and approach in client proposals and help develop client relationships. You will invest your time in Technology and Digital transformations, manage alliance partnerships with Oracle and Oracle system integrators.
Who you are?

To succeed in this role, you need to:
  • Have a minimum 7 years of ERP implementation experience with either business or technical focus and in at least one full project cycle, from blueprint to hypercare;
  • Have a minimum 2 full Oracle Fusion Cloud or Enterprise Business Suite FInancials and or Procurement project lifecycle experience
  • Have a minimum 4 years of ERP implementation as Team Lead or Project Manager
  • Have some ERP Financials and/or Procurement Configuration knowledge.
  • Have driven workshop related to integration topics between Finance and other Business Applications
  • Have a background in accounting and controlling and/or Purchasing or have sound End 2 End knowledge either within R2R, P2P, O2C and Master Data Management
  • Have base functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud is considered an asset;
  • Demonstrate strong motivation to develop a career in the latest Oracle Cloud technologies (ERP, SCM, EPM) or other enterprise applications in the cloud;
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and pay attention to details;
  • Show team spirit and be eager to work in a client-focused, quality-driven environment.
Education and experience
  • Hold a university degree in business administration (finance and accounting), economics or a similar discipline, or an equivalent degree, and minimum 10 (15)* years of professional experience;
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch or French and English; any other language is an asset;
  • Are acquainted with Project Management methodologies in waterfall and agile; a PM or ERP certification would be an asset;
  • High Value Consulting exposure in major global/international transformation assignment is key
  • (senior)* Manager candidates should demonstrate all above points with higher level of autonomy/responsibility: team, budget and risk impact.
