The Innovation Technology department is a cross functional IT team that provide strong expertise in core business activities to inspire leadership in creating business opportunities and propose innovative technological solutions to enhance internal and external stakeholders experience.
For the Innovation Technology department we are looking for a :
The Innovation Technology department mission is to provide innovative and efficient solutions bringing the right support to business and even exceeding their needs while supporting them in achieving their goals by providing specialized expertise.
The department is asked to provide expertise in digital, payment and backoffice to support company leaders in defining their strategic plans, assist business owners in defining their business plans and give recommendation on technological solutions to be implemented by project teams to meet company needs and create business opportunities.
This role will serve as a Payment Expert to drive payment strategy and development work streams for the Payments Technology teams. The individual will be part of the Innovation Technology team to develop our next generation of payments services. You will be expected to work directly with key stakeholders to understand the business and technical requirements and design payment solutions. You will also be responsible for utilizing best practices in order to ensure high quality deliverables.
Your main responsibilities :
- Provide innovative and inspiring expertise for the company payments strategy.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base: continually coach the internal teams (technical and business) on the payment technologies and processes.
- Support modernizing and transforming existing applications according to enterprise defined technology standards by providing technical directions.
- Design and implement complex payment solutions taking into account the back office needs.
- Document solutions and payment processes for delivering features based on collected knowledge from existing tools/experts:
- Ensure solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt
- Writing user stories and epics related to payment features
- Act as a liaison for production activities/issues on payment means
- Support teams during production migration and production verification ensuring all components are successfully migrated and provide timely status updates to the management on the status of payment products
- Master degree or good experience in the payment environment
- At least 3 years of experience in payment processing solutions
- Knowledge of different Payment technologies such as; online payment, schemes and models, payment protocols, mobile payments technologies, …
- Good experience in working with Agile teams and be able to lead all the agile routines and meetings
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Experience with managing partnership with external providers and challenging the technical solutions
- Passionate about the payment sector, keeps up with the latest innovative trends in this field
