Penetration Tester - NATO, Mons (Belgium)

- Start: 22 Sept 2025 - Rate: Up to €590/day - Location: 80% onsite in Mons + 20% in a NATO country - Clearance: NATO Secret or UK SC

We’re looking for an experienced Penetration Tester to join NATO’s Penetration Testing Section, delivering web, infrastructure, and application testing on mission-critical systems. You’ll work in weekly sprints, write technical reports, present findings to senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with NATO security standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • BSc in IT + 3+ years’ pentesting experience.

  • Expertise in web/infrastructure pentesting, network security design, vulnerability assessment, and UNIX/Windows administration.

  • Strong Scripting skills (Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

  • Knowledge of authentication, cryptography, malware techniques, and mitigation planning.

Nice to have: Security certifications (OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, Crest, GXPN, GWAPT), Agile experience, NATO/military background, some French.

Duration: Until Dec 2025 with extension options through 2028.
