Maak dan je agenda vrij ???? vanaf maandag 31 juli 2023!VerantwoordelijkhedenHoe ziet deze stage eruit?Als stagiair People Development Optimization ondersteun je de Opleidingscoördinator bij de go-live voor het Learning Management Systeem. Je zorgt voor correcte gegevens in het systeem en zet een flow op om dit proces te garanderen.Je maakt interactieve e-learnings in samenwerking met alle afdelingen. Je begeleidt onze blue collars bij de digitale verandering, aangezien zij het LMS moeten leren gebruiken.Je ondersteunt andere afdelingen (bv. de afdeling Safety) bij de organisatie van opleidingen door externe partners.Wat ga je leren?

• Samenwerken met medewerkers uit alle verschillende lagen van de organisatie
• Een Learning Management Systeem beheren
• Interactieve e-learnings maken
• Interne en externe opleidingen organiseren

KwalificatiesWie ben jij?

• Hands-on
• Tech-savvy
• Beheerst MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Vloeiend in Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt - maar niet vereist)

Then free up your agenda ???? from Monday the 31st of July 2023.ResponsibilitiesWhat will this internship look like?As a People Development Optimization intern, you will support the Training Coordinator in the go-live for the Learning Management System. You’ll ensure correct data in the system and set up a flow to ensure this process.You’ll make interactive e-learnings in collaboration with all the departments. You’ll guide our blue collars through digital change, as they will need to learn to use the LMS.You’ll support other departments (e.g. Safety department) with the organization of trainings provided by external partners.What will you learn?

• Collaborate with employees from all different layers in the organization
• Manage a Learning Management System
• Make interactive e-learnings
• Organize internal and external trainings

QualificationsWho are you?

• Hands-on
• Tech-savvy
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in Dutch (French is a plus – but not required)
