Your Title: Planning Officer

Job Location:Ieper, Belgium / Oldenzaal, NL, Sliedrecht, NL (Hybrid working options available from all of these locations where we have an office base)

Are you ready to be a key person between our customers and our installation & service interventions organisation?

  • You manage appointments for installations of our on-board computers.
  • You draw up tenders for installations, service and spare parts of our products.
  • You take care of the administrative follow up and invoicing of interventions relating to customers and installers.
  • You monitor the return flow of broken devices.
  • You answer incoming calls for the Planning Department.
  • You answer customer’s questions in a clear way.
  • You will be reporting to the Field Service Manager.
  • Administrative and planning skills.
  • You are customer-oriented and can handle problems in a diplomatic manner.
  • Organizing and planning is your passion, you like to multitask.
  • A very good knowledge of English, German & Dutch is essential.
