Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in day-to-day operations.
Analyze and optimize production and qualification processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance performance and minimize waste.
Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve process efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations.
Provide technical support for the development and introduction of new products, including conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all production processes, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
Advise the organization on technical enhancements, process optimizations, and best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Your Profile:

A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or Chemical disciplines).
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a technical or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and processes.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Dutch and English Speaking
