Bambaw is a zero-waste brand focusing on developing natural and eco-friendly products. We are active along the whole value chain, from product development to end-customer support. Bambaw is present in Europe and North America.


Description de la fonction

As procurement & operations coordinator, you will be part of the back-end operations team. Thus, working on purchases of goods then handling shipment and import of those goods. You will also ensure accurate tracking of operations and the physical flow of goods.

You will also be responsible of following up on administrative tasks related to the operations of the business. Making sure data is accurate and timely available for the stakeholders (accountant, VAT agent, sales & marketing team ...)

Your job responsibilities consist of:

  • Following stock levels across multiple warehouses in Europe, UK and the United States
  • Timely arranging reorders with our suppliers in China, India and Europe (communication, payments, ...)
  • Handling shipments and imports with forwarders (custom clearance)
  • Timely arranging transfers from our main warehouse to regional warehouses in EU or US
  • Keeping track of all related documents (invoices, export & import documents ...)
  • Keeping data up to date in our back-end system (Zoho One)
  • VAT implications due to cross-border movement of stock in Europe.
  • Analysing the operational processes and improving them.
  • Planning inspections with third party agencies to ensure quality of goods
  • Suggesting improvement to the way we operate.

Description du profil
  • Analytical and at easy with numbers
  • Structured and well-organized
  • Dynamic and problem-solving mindset
  • Love challenges and learning new things
  • Very good command of Microsoft EXCEL
  • Fluent in English and French
    • Chinese and Hindi are a plus
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business related studies
    • Preference for Master in Supply chain
  • 1-3 year working experience in similar function
