Job Overview and Responsibilities

To achieve our vision of Preparing for the future while Protecting the business we need to look for improvements on an ongoing basis and continuously transform ourselves. This transformation covers multiple aspects and generates a set of transversal projects across Procurement BSA.

Mission
You will be part of the Procurement Excellence and Capabilities team within Procurement Performance, acting as a key player in the continued Procurement transformation by leading and delivering high impact collaborative projects across GBUs and Domains.

Role:
  • Manage and Deliver projects approved by the Leadership Team:
    • Design the projects’ path: scope, timeline, cross-functional team, objectives, success factors
    • Syndicate with relevant stakeholders to create buy-in and secure all parties engage appropriately
    • Lead and/or coordinate change with stakeholders
    • Deliver projects according to the schedule and objectives
  • Act as partner to the Procurement community at large for change management towards improved and digital processes
  • Ensure strong collaboration with all the different teams within Procurement BSA - Domains, GBUs, Performance team & PSL
  • Develop internal stakeholder network, within Procurement BSA, GBUs, SBS and Other corporate functions, to facilitate improvement opportunities implementation

Education and Experience

  • Master degree or similar equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in Project management & implementation within Corporate functions
  • Experience in Procurement is a plus

  • Proven experience in initiation, coordination and management of projects including agile way of working
  • Problem Solving, storytelling & curiosity
  • Solid leadership and business acumen
  • Achievement drive and result oriented
  • Balance between conceptual thinking and pragmatic / hands on approach
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Engagement, enthusiasm and ability to build & animate a network / community, keeping people engaged
  • Strong cross cultural communication skills, and comfortable in working with remote teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Optional: another language is a plus (French, Portuguese, ….)
