Are you passionate about product development? Are you interested in shaping real estate products that are used by millions? Do you enjoy putting structure behind dynamic processes? ????

Well, lucky you (and us)! We are looking for a Product Manager on a full-time basis to help us further develop and grow our products. At Realo, we help consumers and real estate professionals sell, let, buy, or rent properties online by providing them access to relevant listings enriched with local data and market valuations. ????️

You will have a chance to work alongside engaged and like-minded people, in a hybrid environment (from our cozy office in the center of Ghent & remote). Sounds fun?

Tasks

What you will do:
  • Translate business strategy into product strategy by aligning with the main stakeholders
  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap by prioritizing product features and allocating resources
  • Actively collect feedback, filter ideas, and juggle requirements of stakeholders, clients, users, and partners to ensure our platform gets enhanced with new features
  • Follow up on work-in-progress and ensure successful completion of projects that bring value
  • Monitor the market for new trends and develop competitive analyses
  • Provide biweekly wrap-ups on product improvements and present them to the board

Requirements

You are a fit because:
  • You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the product management area
  • You love the world of technology and can get excited about digital products
  • You shine in agile environments and like bringing structure behind cross-team processes
  • You are always on the lookout for trends and best practices
  • You can convince our leadership team and stakeholders of your plans and ideas
  • You have a technical and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are fluent in Dutch or English (either is enough, both are desirable)
  • Bonus points if you have basic designs skills to better articulate requirements and concepts
