Mission
Luminus aims to be the preferred energy partner for mass consumers, guiding them towards a greener energy whilst providing comfort.
We are looking for a team-player to re-inforce our Product Development team B2C to further develop innovative and customer oriented products for a decarbonized home (PV, battery, heatpumps, …). He/she will scan the market for innovations, challenge current as-is setups, communicate with our affiliates and propose new and added value products. He/she will be the specialist in the details of these products (SPOC) and will be in charge of several product road-maps and ensure proper development and launch to market.
Tasks
- Developing, implementing and revising the operational roadmap for its product portfolio to support company objectives, market opportunities & marketing priorities.
- Integrate products solutions of our partners into the Luminus portfolio of services by identifying all stakeholders/partners needed to build up a cooperative relationship in order to assemble, refine and prioritize the business deployment.
- Together with our partners (internal or external), define and integrate new solutions according to expected user outcome and business value. Contribute to build a detailed business case.
- Create & maintain clear structured, comprehensible and complete product design & documentation (product description, offering templates, contracts, lead qualification documents, process flows, SLA, pricing,…).
- Keep track of own workload, correctly estimates delivery times and report timely on these in order to stay aligned with the planned product roadmap.
- Contribute to build all marketing collateral needed to help the Go-To-Market team and the sales to sell the products in the go to market stage.
- Manage the product life cycle of the existing products. Follow-up on processes and quality, customer experience, product updates and improvements.
- Together with the market analyst, provide appropriate reporting and KPI’s and closely monitor the market and the competition.
The ideal candidate would have :
- An university degree in economics or engineering (or equivalent).
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in product management within a B2C sector (energy, telco, banking sector, …)
- Know-how of the energy sector is an asset.
- At least perfectly fluent in 2 languages either Dutch/English or French/English. Ideally fluent in all three languages FR/NL/EN.
Skill base
- High affinity with technology and with green/renewable energy solutions.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Work autonomously on deliverables through all phases of the project.
- Knowledge about the energy sector is an asset
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Team player who knows how to connect with stakeholders, how to motivate and inspire them, and how to deliver on time and within budget.
- Understand the implications of certain decisions and make trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth or even timelines.
- Proactively challenge the status quo.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, open-minded, practical, solution-oriented and can also work in a process-oriented way.
