We don’t just go with the flow- we manage it, together with our service-focused, competent, motivated teams around the world.Simply put, our Logistics function ensures the right product arrives at the right place, at the right time, with the right quality and at the right cost within all channels– with the least possible impact on the environment.Welcome to Logistics!Job DescriptionResponsible for product care in the DC of Ghlin (BE) to ensure that products are delivered to customers and stores according to set quality standards and handle left over products following the priority list.Responsibilities- Continuously monitor product care performance at all stages of the process according to product care standards
- Identify systematic issues with goods delivered Inbound, DC processing, or Outbound
- Collaborate with DC-teams, SalesOps, internal functions (e.g. Global Quality Department, PO, BO, Sales), external Partners and Regional PSR’s to solve issues and prevent loss.
- You are the contact person for Global Logistics about PSR in region South and you coordinate the communication with your PSR colleagues within the region
- Provide training material and support trainings on product care standards to ensure compliance with H&M Group requirements
- Execute and coordinate product care related Value Adding Services and manage execution based on local capabilities
- Manage left-over product handling in line with H&M group guidelines and done in a sustainable way
- Own end-2-end responsibility for stopped orders (blocking of deliveries, control of picking products, action for stop orders)
- Manage Left over products, setting up routines and reporting
- Initiate and perform product care audits and report to the Inbound Operations Manager (DC, BE) and to the Regional Sales & Operations Manager (Region South.
- Strong understanding of product care and global standards depending on H&M Group Brand and product category
- Solid knowledge of garment care related value-added service in DCs and regional capabilities
- Hands-on “can do” attitude to fix operational garment care issues in day-to-day business
- Analytical and figure minded
- Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
- Ability to collaborate, and co-create with others
- Communication, coordination and negotiation skills
- Collaborative approach with Product Care and Regional Operations
