Managing business transformations at Colruyt Group? That’s a great challenge for a natural born leader and experienced manager who wants to create an impact in a large organisation.

To realise its strategic objectives, Colruyt Group sets up programs with great impact. As a Corporate Program Manager, you manage such strategic programs in very close collaboration with the business involved.

What will you do concretely?

• You manage the initiation, definition and realisation of strategic programs. To do so, you work together closely with a core team: business managers, enterprise architects and a change manager.
• Usually, a program realises 3 to 4 strategic objectives. With your core team, you translate this into a change roadmap that has an impact across various operating units and domains.
• You ensure that this roadmap is realised. Depending on the program, you manage a program team of 50 to 60 co-workers, sometimes even more than 100, and an implementation partner.
• You create a context in which all parties involved are motivated to work together towards the same goal. Because programs take longer than projects, you continuously deal with change and adjust on a regular basis.
• You manage the program risks and the dependencies with other programs and projects.
• You follow up on the program’s business case and report to the steering committee on a regular basis.

You will work in Halle and you can work from home up to two days a week.

Profile:

• Knowledge and experience– You have at least 5 years’ experience in structuring complex transformations with a great impact and are familiar with change management. You have insight in implementing IT tools in large organisations (> 5,000 employees) and you know how to collaborate fluently with implementation partners.
• Natural leadership– You are empowered when you lead and manage your team from an equal position. You quickly understand the structure, operation and culture of an organisation and have an insight in how you collaborate with people in that context.
• Strong communication –You actively listen to others and communicate in a convincing and transparent manner. You know how to challenge others respectfully, how to bring difficult messages and ensure progress together.
• Conceptual and structuring ability– You quickly get an integrated view in a complex environment. You establish an efficient and effective plan of approach in each situation and fulfil strategic objectives by working together with others.
• Adaptability– Programs are realised over a long period of time, in which you are sometimes confronted with challenges. You show flexibility and adjust where necessary.
• Language skills- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. This allows you to work together with all your colleagues, partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of French is a plus.
