Mission
The mission of the Particle Therapy Dosimetry team is to develop solutions to reduce the installation time of Particle Therapy centers and improve machines and patient plan verification efficiency and accuracy. You will join a passionate and energetic team working with the latest technologies in an entrepreneurial spirit.
Your role amongst that team will be to drive the program management aspects, including cost, quality, and deadline in line with the strategy. You will also be responsible for the coordination of the fundings that are helping us with research and development to define the devices and software of tomorrow. You will ensure a strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of program goals.
Challenges we trust you with
As Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
  • Define the projects roadmap consistently with the market but also with other product lines
  • Act as an enabler of cross-functional collaboration, mainly with R&D, Operations, Commercial and Regulatory teams
  • Organize and coordinate funding projects with all the partners (academic & industrial) involved in the consortium
  • Organize and coordinate the necessary internal/external resources (material and labor) up to the end of the project depending on the business/scope
  • Analyze and manage risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety, health, ...)
  • Lead and coordinate project and funding team in related fields of business (pharma, equipment, ...)
  • Main internal/external contact point for the project execution; seek customer satisfaction and ensure support to internal and/or external customer/partners
  • Reporting and KPI are communicated, analyzed and action plans are proposed for decision-making
  • Identify development issues early, seek continuous improvement
  • Transfer to the team in charge of post-project support (Customer Service department, product manager, operations, …)
  • Set up, develop, and improve tools, processes, environment, structure, …
What we value
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • A master’s degree in engineering/science/ management with a strong technical interest or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in medical devices industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English language speaking and writing required.
  • A team player with very good interpersonal skills, ready to work in a complex and international environment
  • Proactive person willing to take initiatives
  • A customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills including presentation of ideas
  • Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to learn
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, software tools, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Willingness to travel 5% to 10%
