Within Continental Europe we are managing a portfolio of >4 Mio m² of logistics real estate. For the coming years, we have defined strong ambitions to ensure all of our assets are future proof from a quality and sustainability point of view. Within that context, a new opportunity has now arisen to join the European asset management team.

You will be responsible for driving key projects within asset management Continental Europe. This is ranging from projects aimed at optimizing and streamlining key processes across the different countries to rolling out different projects aimed at future-proofing our portfolio. There will be continuous interaction with the local asset management teams, our innovations and sustainability team, other departments across Europe as well as suppliers and customers.

Accountabilities & duties

  • Manage the implementation of different sustainability related projects following the sustainability audit performed (portfolio certification, HVAC replacement programs, EV charging stations, upgrade of well-being features,…) in close collaboration with the innovation & sustainability team and the local asset management teams
    • Support the local teams in identifying suppliers
    • Identify cross-country synergies (i.e. sourcing, standardization, knowledge sharing…)
    • Set up framework agreements with European partners
    • Drive the roll out of improvement programs together with local teams
  • Support in the optimization and streamlining of asset management processes and procedures across Europe
  • Foster the relationship with key Customers at European level, by supporting in the preparation of meetings, ad-hoc request and events.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experienced in consulting and project management
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Driven and can-do mentality, hands-on;
  • Strong communicator (oral and written);
  • Bright analytical thinker;
  • Out of the box thinker;
  • Team player: The ability to work both independently and within a team environment, serving different internal and external customers under a tight timeline;
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English;
  • Ability to combine a helicopter view with a good eye for detail

Position is Brussels based but you will need to travel to other countries within the Goodman Continental European organization when required.
