Tasks:

  • Assist Project Management in the setup and the daily conduct of studies
  • Encode study specific details into the ERP system
  • Create project specific documentation
  • Review internal requests for Distribution and Destruction
  • Verify stock levels and inform the Project Manager in a timely manner
  • Reporting towards Project manager and customers
  • Archiving of operational documents per study
  • Creation and Follow-up of Purchase Orders for study materials
  • Close cooperation with colleagues across CCSM departments
  • Knows, understands, and complies with the company’s standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Performs other related job duties or responsibilities as assigned

Experience in the pharmaceutical sector ideally in clinical trials Perfect bilingual French / English Please note that we will only accept applications in English


For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector in the Walloon Brabant region We are looking for an administrative profile with, ideally, knowledge of clinical trials.

This person must have a very good level of English (minimum B2) and a good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


A varied function in a growing company with the possibility
of a long-term contract after a temporary period.
