We are actively looking for a Project Manager (M/F /X ) dedicated to one of our major clients

Contract type: Full time fixed contract (38h/week) - Monday to Friday.
Start date : As soon as possible
Workplace : Tollaan 95 - 1932 Woluwe-Sint-Stevens

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Acting as the main contact person, your specific role will be to;

  • Lead, coordinate and motivate the sales agents, by being in constant contact with them and supporting them in all possible situations.
  • Manage a team of field employees by ensuring a complete weekly planning, organizing briefings and trainings.
  • Ensure the achievement of your clients qualitative and quantitative objective for field KPI’s.
  • Analyse sales evolution for all sales KPI’s on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Report to your client every week/month/cycle/year on specific KPIs: coverage, calls, driving time, time instore, distributions & sales results, …
  • Organise, animate, and coordinate meetings with the sales agents and your clients where key information is given (reporting, new promotions to sell, etc.).
  • Ensuring a constant follow-up of potential problems that can occur with our CRM systems, escalate and follow-up the problem-solving via IT department.

Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch. Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • You are a real team player with strong communication skills, charisma, positive attitude and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • You have analytical skills with the ability to take a step back and think out of the box.
