As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of key projects for Colis Privé in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the business objectives.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant and direct contribution to the ongoing development of Colis Prive BeLux.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of strategic project for Colis Privé in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in Dutch, French and English.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in logistics and supply chain.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
