Join our clients team as a Quality Partner in the QA Alliance Management unit within the Development Global Distribution and In-Market Quality, International Markets team. You will be the primary liaison between global commercial partners in International Markets and our organisation, focusing on quality-related matters. Your role involves managing communication and activities throughout the partnership lifecycle, collaborating with peers in Europe, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is hybrid role on an hourly rate / freelance basis

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key contact between global commercial partners and our organisation for quality-related issues.
  • Manage communication and activities from partner qualification to termination.
  • Collaborate with peers managing commercial partners in Europe.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to address and resolve partner requests.
  • Create and negotiate Quality Agreements with partners.
  • Handle SOPs, deviations, change controls, recalls, and complaints related to partners.
  • Maintain the inventory of all global partnerships.
  • Participate in and support the preparation for audits/inspections.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • QA or vendor management experience is an asset.
  • Scientific Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills.
