Responsible for the quality oversight and the operational quality covering the Transversal Utilities Operations activities of the Belgium Engineering and Maintenance department, as part of the GSK Vaccines network through the application of key business, GMP processes to ensure the continuous supply of vaccines in line with GSK quality and business objectives to meet customer needs. Achieve quality performance targets, regulatory compliance and cost efficiency for theTransversal Utilities Operations activities for Belgium, ensuring team objectives are aligned with the overall Quality, Belgium.

Your Responsibilities

• QA,GIO goals and objectives. Be the QA leader for the Transversal Utilities Operations activities, the maintenance and pest control systems on the Belgian GSK Vaccines sites including: - Power Plant RX & WN -Electricity Management RX & WN - Pest control -BesM -Spare parts -Wharehouse and mechanical workshop. To ensure all quality requirements applicable for Transversal Utilities This position aims at translating QA management decisions and requirements in field actions with the help of the dedicated teams and network (within a sphere of influence).
• Ensure QA Oversight on all Power plants activities for the generation and distribution of black utilities, Compressed Air and Purified Water.
• Ensure Electricity Management has the appropriate QA oversight especially in case of power shutdown.
• Lead local and transversal improvement projects to ensure the compliance level is maintained in line with cGMP and GSK standard requirements for Tor and tow Business.
• Ensure QA oversight on PestControl System (9*972) at the system level, including trends analysis at the site level.
• Ensure the inspection readiness of the Transversal Utilities Operations teams and Spare parts and pest control systems.
• Accompany Transversal Utilities Operatios and Spare sparts and pest control SME’s during audits.
• Play a role of coach for members of the QA ops ts Team.
  
  

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• At least 5 or 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical / biotech / medical device / food industry or equivalent environment
• Direct experience with GxP regulated environment within major authority jurisdiction (FDA / EU / WHO Audit)
• Successful team leadership experience
• Relevant quality experience, not necessarily within a quality department
• Experience with clean or aseptic manufacturing is an asset for certain manufacturing units
• Substantial knowledge of regulatory, GMP and legal requirements relating to QA needed
• Need to master the key QA activities related to production, QC, maintenance, calibration, and validation in his/her area of responsibility.

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills with demonstrated engaging, empowering and decisive leadership style and well developed relation building skills to gain trust and credibility and to build a great place to work and good social climate
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and guidelines (FDA/EU/WHO)
• Demonstrated impact and influence
• French speaker with good level of written and spoken English
