About Our Client

Our client is an international manufacturer of reusable packaging solutions. For their production facilities in Belgium (Limburg region) and The Netherlands (Overijssel region) they are currently recruiting a QESH and Facility Manager Benelux.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the daily management of the QESH department
  • Monitors safety and safety culture
  • Ensures that they comply with all applicable safety laws and regulations, environment and food safety
  • Ensures effective and efficient quality checks and reports
  • Contribute to the optimization of the company management system
  • Directing project quality controls and taking action in the event of deviations
  • Initiating improvements and being involved in various improvement projects, in particular where it is to carry the Lean or Six Sigma label (Green Belt).
  • Lifts a contribution to standard working methods for the initiation, execution and reporting of improvement projects
  • Responsible for the handling of customer and supplier complaints
  • Execute/coordinate internal and supplier audits, set up the audit program and monitor the follow-up monitors the follow-up
  • Drawing up quality plans in consultation with customers and project leaders
  • Central point of contact when it comes to quality, environment, safety, food safety and process improvement
  • Encouraging employees to make their own contribution to the improvement of the quality of the organization
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
  • Reports quality, environment, food safety, safety status and progress to the MT

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in QESH
  • Vision on quality and safety policy
  • Project-based working & management
  • Analytical & numerical
  • Delegating and further developing QESH team
  • Clear and frequent communication
  • Being able to switch between corporate processes and operational implementation
  • Excellent level in Dutch and English
  • Excel/PowerPoint and digital softwares
  • Mobile on Belgium (Limburg) and The Netherlands (Overijssel)
