At our site in Ghislenghien, Belgium, we develop and manufacture high precision polyamide-based insulation solutions for aluminum windows, doors, and facades.

From here, we serve the Benelux and French markets.

What you contribute

As a QHSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation of the quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) system management in Production and Office areas;
• Supporting the toolbox preparation of QHSE related topics with the site
• Creating and reviewing procedures, processes, checking and ensuring that they are being followed;
• Performing document control tasks;
• Performing risk analyses of standard and non-standard activities;
• Performing process mapping and audits;
• Collaborating with the site for proper implementation and follow-up of HSE measures;
• Developing, executing and documenting safe working methods and training programs;
• Making a QHSE Incident reporting.

What makes you stand out

• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably, in Quality and/or Occupational Health, Safety);
• You already have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function;
• You have a perfect knowledge of ISO9001 and preferably of ISO14001 and ISO45001 norms;
• Experience with Quality and Industrial Safety Standards is a plus;
• You speak French and English fluently;
• You have excellent communicational and influential skills. You are able of optimizing and anticipating problems, which you can detect and solve quickly and handling conflicts in a constructive way;
• You generate new working methods and you are constantly trying to improve the work process;
• You have very strong interpersonal skills. You demonstrate authenticity and openness in your professional interactions, building trusting relationships with colleagues through an empathetic and respectful attitude;
• You are a flexible person with an entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid of taking initiatives. You can work under pressure and act decisively in unexpected situations;
• You are a teamplayer who likes sharing ideas constructively with the other members of the team to achieve objectives;
• You live in Tournai/Ath or nearby.
