You are together with the team responsible for the daily operations: monitoring, the daily follow-up and performance check, solving problems with the tool environment. You take care of installing the vendor’s hotfixes in such a way that bugs in the tool are solved quickly. You will guarantee all daily operations to run all business applications.

Within the Tooling team you are responsible for the management and optimization of the infrastructure and you are constantly looking for structural improvements to guarantee and optimize performance, stability and availability.

You are together with the team responsible for all upgrade of the tools due to end of support of the old version, due to infrastructure changes initiated by other technical components (cfr. operating systems, database upgrades, …) or changes initiated by new requirements from the business partners.

You collaborate on spikes relating to the technical feasibility and act as a point of contact for the Product Owner and System Architect. You are also involved in the implementation of the chosen solutions. You develop and modify computer systems so that they meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the automation.

Together with the Product Owner and System Architect you are responsible for the follow up of the evolution of the tools and all BI market evolutions with impact to the tools.

If you have some of the technical skills in Qlik it is a plus, nevertheless the mindset to learn is more relevant and training will be part of the job and is also offered :

• QlikView & Qlik Sense administration experience
• setting up a large QlikView & Qlik Sense infrastructure
• installing and configuring QlikView & Qlik Sense multi-tier environment
• monitor QlikView & Qlik Sense tasks and Access Point and resolve any issues
• upgrading QlikView & Qlik Sense environment
• setting up QlikView EDX tasks and resolve any issues in those tasks
• Windows server administration
• experience in NPrinting
• experience GeoAnalytics
• experience in UAC/UDM
• QlikView & Qlik Sense development knowledge
• access control to all Qlik environments via QMC, section access, AD groups
• debug failures in QlikView & Qlik Sense apps, tasks and other processes by reading logs
• create and monitor tasks in QlikView & Qlik Sense for daily reloads
