CBRE EM Account QSHE & Soft Service Manager
Responsibility level:
Assist QSHE Manager and QSHE Team to provide a wide range of SHE activities on site, mainly driven by 2 safety management systems (OIMS and Logbook). Main QSHE activities are organized as per calendar of events but may vary depending on number of Projects on site.(50%)
Act and Assist CBRE local Facilites Team in internal Communications, soft Service operations and contract support. (50%)
Principal duties:
- Act as primary contact for all Facilities Team inside communications between CBRE and clients
- Actively supporting preparation of regional Stewardship reports for QSHE Team /Minutes of meetings
- Act as back –up trainer for basic interim behavior program if needed.
- Primary back up contact for QSHE Team and onsite Contractors for all kinds of Safety related matters.
- Follow-up on Operating Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements and support implementation of CBRE safe management system( logbooks) on a day-to-day basis. Back-up of QSHE OIMS/Logbook coordinator.
- Support and coordinate Regulatory compliance Follow-up within the team(QSHE/Hard and Soft Services)
- Participate actively in incident investigations with QSHE team if needed
- Site inspections support (work permit compliance, monitoring of regular contractors, advise Project Team) if needed
- Provide Guidance in the development of Job Safety Analysis and Risk assessment for Hard Services /Soft Services/Project Team
- Responsible for day to day activities in Cleaning and landscaping
- Experience of at least 1-2 yrs in a safety management system in a +
- Management skill (Self-performing, organize own work and priorities within agreed objectives)
- Administration skills (ownership of planning , organized and structured approach is a +)
- Languague communication skills: Excellent written English/Dutch and French is a +
- Excellent Team player
- Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints
- Knowledgeable about “Code du bien-être au travail /Codex voor het welzijn op het werk” is a +
- Safety degree level 2 is a minimum requirement and/or Knowledgeable about different risk analyses methods.
- Knowledge about Facilities management working environment (service to clients)
- Excellent know-how of Microsoft office and SharePoint
- ISO, VCA /VKB , Certified coordinator TMB (level B) ,Audit knowledge is a +
