What you’ll do

Carry out the administrative operations necessary for the release / the blocking of finished products sitting in 3rd party warehouses managed by BDCE
Daily release / blocking of batches to align JDE ERP system (Baxter) with 3rd party supplier WMS
Be the quality contact for 3rd party warehouses and for our client Operations managing the 3rd party warehouses
Support CQA Central Team in routine activities (distribution agreements, SCAR’s, DCAR’s, Complaints, Holds…)
Manage distribution agreements updates
Manage SCAR’s with suppliers when needed
Manage Replenishment complaints for Quality
Support CQA BDCE in routine activities (release, selling authorization, returns…)
Assist in change controls launched for transport and external (task owner)
Use EMS lean tools (6S, Visual Management, Tier meetings, Kaizen etc.) to ensure BDCE processes are respected and are continuously improved
Ensure timely completion of all assigned training

Profile

Min. 3 years of higher studies in the area of translation, secretary or scientific studies (like biology, chemistry, agronomy …) or secondary School with min. 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
Motivated, accurate, has analytical spirit and is capable to handle stress situations
Organized and capable in performing administrative & routine tasks like release, code activation, relabeling, special distribution
Can work autonomous on identified task and able to provide support on specific tasks (labeling projects, procedures, etc)
Has good communication (people, phone and e-mail) and good computer skills (windows, word, excel, AS400, ERP…)
Speaks & writes fluently French and has a good level in English (Dutch is a +)

Comfortable with data analysis and numbers
