A global leader company in the Semiconductor & Electronic Components industry, based in the North of Brussels, is looking for a R&D Product Engineer - Young Graduates to support the R&D and Product development team.

As R&D Product Engineer - Young Graduates, some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing the demands from the clients (automotive and industrial markets) in order to match the best product from the portfolio.
  • In case the demand is specific and not existing in portfolio, commissioning and preparing the most efficient product solution proposal in line with project budgeting.
  • Liaising with the different sites (remote) to make sure the project would run on time and efficiently.
  • Developing the right Thermistor probes (solder, glue, cable, connector/ potting etc).
  • Making sure the different departments such as technical sales, marketing, procurement and quality are well involved and working in close harmony with those.
The ideal candidate for the position of R&D Product Engineer - Young Graduates holds a Master’s in Mechanical or Electro Mechanical Engineering, a couple of years of experience in the domain or a fresh graduate with specialisation in the Thermistor Probes, ofcourse training will be provided. Knowledge of FEM and SolidWorks/CAD would be an advantage. Fluency in English, Dutch or French is important.
