The Recruitment Business Partner serves as the advisor for proactive workforce planning/recruiting and maintains effective internal stakeholder relationships to support building the talent pool for the assigned market while maintaining service excellence.

The Recruitment Business Partner serves as a collaborative partner to the client team, including the client’s Internal Talent Acquisition partners, and the assigned functional leaders. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.



Qualifications

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of how recruitment processes work in the Benelux region.
  • Operational excellence and strategic approach.
  • Ability to build successful and positive work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
