We are currently looking for a: Recruitment Researcher
Role
Actively assist the Researchers and Partners in the execution of their assignments.
Responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for your research assignments from start to finish, working hand in hand with a Partner:
- Develop a research strategy for each project
- Identify, contact and pre-screen candidates, through direct search and full use of an advanced database and web-based sources, using our in-house CRM system, LinkedIn, external databases, social media, sourcing calls and the Internet to generate suitable candidates and market intelligence for each assignment
- Provide feedback on candidates to both your search team and the client, outlining relevant experience and motivations
- Single out qualified candidates for interviews with our consultants
- Attend client briefings and update calls
- Keep track of the business community, source all relevant search information and provide strategic input to help clients understand the candidate market
- Represent the company at all times in a professional and trustworthy manner towards external contacts (candidates & clients)
- Be part of the group effort to complete assignments in a creative and professional way
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience)
- Naturally inquisitive, creative & able to think out of the box
- Combination of a service-oriented approach with a highly-professional attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn about different industries and professions
- A natural interest in knowing what is going on in the market
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise
- Adaptable and hands-on
- Good judgment
- Consultative selling skills
- Prior experience in executive search sector is NOT required
- Bilingual (English/Dutch or English/French); trilingual (English/Dutch/French) would be ideal
