Our client is a well-known company specialised in electricity and electrical components , HVAC , industrial automation and so on - market leader in its own domain in Belgium. They are looking to expand their technical sales team by hiring a regional segment manager - a critical managerial position in the company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of approximately 30 people which are in the sales team & product support
  • Following the P&L of the industrial market segment in the region
  • Supervise the team , motivate , manage & coach the team
  • Follow the key elements to make sure the KPIs & performance are respected
  • Make the client contact a priority within your team
  • People management is the most important part of the job
Job Requirements
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC or electricity or similar is a MUST
  • Previous experience in people management (10+ people) is a MUST
  • Previous commercial experience
  • Academic background in automation or electromechanics or similar
  • Perfect bilingual in FRENCH & DUTCH
