What you’ll do:

  • Be the face of our company for both national and international clients.
  • Advise and assist customers with bookings, pricing and car categories.
  • Suggest optional extras based on customer needs.
  • Handle rental contracts and manage the administrative follow-up.
  • Efficiently manage any customer complaints.

The perfect fit:

  • You are fluent in French and English. Dutch and any other additional language is a plus.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Sales-driven.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Flexible with shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • You have an A2 education level.
