Skills, knowledge, experience required:
  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience;
  • Experience in financial management within a customer funding environment;
  • Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions.
Desirable:
  • Experience in using Oracle Financial;
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment, comprising both military and civilian elements;
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
Duties/role:
  • Financial Management, e.g.: monitoring and maintaining financial records to meet compliance and audit requirements;
  • Budget Management, e.g.: explaining the functions and features of budgeting tools;
  • Financial Reporting, e.g.: following organizational practices and guidelines for product profitability reporting.
