Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager at SOA People located in Wavre. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales and account management
  • Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
