Robert Halfis currently looking for a Sales administrative assistant (m/f/x)for a company located inZaventem.

Our client is active in thepackaging sector.It concerns a project of one year.

The responsibilities for this function as Sales administrative assistantare:
  • You write reports;
  • You do some data cleaning and collect information;
  • You collect and analyse data;
  • You take care of the administration;
  • You manage the agenda;
  • You deal with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • You manage travels (arrange hotels, restaurants, transportation, …).
The required qualifications for the position as Sales administrative assistant are:
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are a dynamic person;
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone;
  • You can work autonomously and you are self-starting;
  • You are not afraid to navigate in the grey zone
  • You already have some experience in a similar function.
