Your profile

Core Assignments

  • Lead and Inspire: Serve as a coach and mentor for SDRs and/or Account Executives (AEs), focusing on pipeline development and strategic vision.
  • Drive Performance: Track and analyze key metrics, manage outreach phases, and ensure your team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement multi-channel sales plans, build strong client relationships, and conduct market research.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Revenue Operations (RevOps), marketing and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Hands-On: Participate in sales activities, attend industry events, and handle major deals personally.
  • Build multi-channel engine: Develop scalable approach for pipeline generation incorporating email, cold calls, social, video, and events.

Your Skill Set

  • Comprehensive Expertise: More than 2 years of leading SDR teams, with an additional 2 years expertise in lead scoring and routing for commercial and enterprise segments.
  • Sales Excellence: Proven success selling to technical leaders (e.g., Directors of Technology, CTOs) and generating both inbound and outbound pipelines.
  • Drive: A strong desire to create new programs, rather than solely overseeing and delegating recruiting, enablement, and other key processes.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and retain top talent.
  • Innovation: Passion for blending traditional outbound strategies with new techniques.
  • Curiosity: Intellectually curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.
  • Location: Belgian-based with availability for office presence (at least two days a week) and travel.

While we love the freedom of working remotely, this role does require you to be Belgium-based and pop into our lively office in Leuven (De Hoorn) regularly. But don’t worry, you’ll still enjoy the flexibility to work remotely when you need that change of scenery.
