Our Specialty Credit is currently looking for a seasoned professional individual in Client Advisory.

Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Aalst or Brussels or Antwerp:

Senior Client AdvisorCredit & Working Capital Solutions-(M/F)

Your responsibilities:

  • You will act as the lead Advisor for a group of clients and develop a deep understanding of their business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management allowing you to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve the clients.
  • Developing, presenting and executing renewal / placement strategies will also make part of your challenge, as well as evaluating and negotiating proposals from carriers to deliver the best and innovative options to clients.
  • Hereto, you will keep abreast of changing market conditions and adapt your strategies accordingly.
  • As the primary point of contact you will service the clients for day-to-day as well as for more complex needs, Senior Leadership and the CEO.
  • Maintaining quality in all areas of clients deliverables is key for you.
  • Discussing with other team members and colleagues is a natural action for you.

Your profile:

  • Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function or area of expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and customer focused.
  • Exhibited ability to set and recognize priorities to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
  • Proficiency in coverage review, interpretation and negotiation with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, carriers and clients.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French also in English.
