Our People Advisory Services departments in Diegem, Antwerp, Gent & Hasselt are looking for senior consultants to reinforce their Global Mobility team.

Your Key Responsibilities

As senior consultant, your client portfolio will include both large international companies as well as strategic growth market clients. You will be part of an integrated Human Capital practice providing global mobility services on individual income tax, social security, immigration as well as other related services in the area of talent & reward and HR performance improvement.
  • Some interesting topics you will be able to work and advice on together with your team of consultants and with the guidance of your executives are the following:
    • Rulings (cost proper to the employer);
    • Short term business travelers;
    • Withholding tax exemptions;
    • Equity related advisory;
    • Intellectual property matters;
    • Flexible remuneration;
    • Terminations payments;
    • Cross border employment.
    • In your role, you will produce work of high quality in a consistent way. Furthermore, you will motivate other team members to do the same and you will receive the necessary guidance enabling you to supervise and lead your team throughout the next level of your career.

    Skills And Attributes For Success
    • You have a master in law, a master in Applied Economics or equivalent. The adequate experiences suffices as well.
    • A fiscal degree is a plus.
    • You have a profound knowledge and interest in personal income tax matters and the necessary experience for this profile.
    • You have a good grasp on the Belgian legislation.
    • You have good language skills (fluent in Dutch/French and English) enabling you to manage your team.
