How does a senior software engineer fit in? ????

We are in a serious business. Clients trust us with their sensitive data and their trust depends on the quality of our solutions. We are not looking for a hacker, but for a Senior .NET Software Engineer who walks the talk and delivers enterprise-grade software.

Are you the person that we are looking for? ????

We are looking for a person who understands the people behind the business and the business behind the code:

• You share RecoMatics’ vision and care about the everyday struggles that people face. You listen to them before you start coding, analyze their needs, and support them throughout their digital transformation journey. You provide the same level of support to your junior colleagues.
• You realize that you have a significant impact on our clients’ businesses. You try to make the collaboration as smooth as possible through pro-active communication, designing extensible architectures, and by adhering to concepts such as test-driven development (TDD), domain-driven design (DDD) and SOLID design.
• You will also write code, don’t worry. You are an expert in .NET and C# and are not intimidated by Azure, SQL, MongoDB, PowerShell, Docker and React. Knowing your way around Linux systems and being Microsoft certified are plusses.
