Ben je een jurist met reeds enkele jaren ervaring in Real Estate en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging?

Onze kantoren in Kortrijk en Oostkamp  zijn op zoek naar een centrale spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je bent vertrouwd met volgende materies en bereid om up-to-date te blijven door lectuur en het volgen van opleiding:
• Registratierechten (focus op de Vlaamse regelgeving, maar kennis Waals en Brussels gewest is een pluspunt);
• Zakelijke rechten en eigendomsrechten: opmaak van onderhandse documenten;
• Huur: gemene huur en handelshuur, huur en btw;
• Bodemwetgeving bij overdracht van onroerend goed.

Jouw taak bestaat erin om een adviserende rol op te nemen bij allerhande dossiers waarin vastgoed aan bod komt. Daar waar er een notariële akte dient verleden te worden, bestaat jouw rol er in om de nodige voorbereidingen te treffen en de contacten met de notaris te optimaliseren.

• Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring , bij voorkeur in notariaat of met projectontwikkeling;
• Je behaalde een master rechten;
• Je bent geboeid door de KMO-wereld;
• Je bent klantgericht, beschikt over goede communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden, en hanteert de passende discretie;
• Je kan uitstekend de juridische complexiteit begrijpbaar communiceren naar klanten en omzetten in werkbare voorstellen;
• Resultaten bereiken met je team en duurzame klantenrelaties zijn je drijfveer;
• Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels/Frans is een troef.
